Privacy Policy

TL;DR: I don't collect or share anything on you, except basic Google Analytics.

Log files

As with every website, I collect log files that track basic information such as the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, and the pages you visit. This data is only used for debugging, never for marketing. None of the information is personally identifiable.

None of the information is ever shared with third parties besides the Content Delivery Network, hosting provider, and log management vendor, all of which (are AWS) provide strict data confidentiality policies.

Google Analytics

DeveloperAtlas.com uses Google Analytics to analyze how users interact with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to store information about your browser, device, location, access times, pageviews, repeat visits, how you navigate our website, etc. This information is used to see which pages are popular, count visits, and improve your experience.

Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory. We only use first-party cookies on our website. First-party cookies are associated directly with the DeveloperAtlas.com domain and are not tracked when you navigate away from our website. We never use third-party cookies to track your activity outside of DeveloperAtlas.com, because that’s creepy.

Online privacy policy only

This privacy policy applies only to DeveloperAtlas.com’s online activities and is valid for visitors to this website. This policy does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website. We don’t have a policy for that kind of stuff, because we don’t do much of anything offline.

Privacy policy modifications

DeveloperAtlas.com may revise this privacy policy at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of this privacy policy.

Consent

By using this website, you hereby consent to this privacy policy and agree to its terms, as well as its Terms of Service.
